Helpful Hands Healthcare offers several different options for CPR Certifications. Each certification last 2 years.
1. AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) In Person
This is an all-inclusive instructor-led class lasting 3 1/2 - 4 hours or approximately 2 hours for renewal.
This class is for those working in the medical field or who require a professional-level CPR certification (BLS), such as students.
Nurses, EMT professionals, doctors, dentists, hygienists, pharmacists, lifeguards, massage therapists, and camp counselors.
2. Heartsaver CPR- In Person
This is an all-inclusive instructor-led class lasting 3 1/2 -4 hours.
This class is for lay rescuers. It trains you to recognize medical emergencies and injuries and provide lifesaving treatment until help arrives.
3. BLS Online and In-Person Skills Session
Complete the cognitive portion online at your convenience, and attend a brief in-person skills check with an instructor for certification completion
4. In-Person BLS Skills Session Only
Complete a hands-on skills check with an instructor after finishing the required online course. Include demonstration of CPR, AED, and emergency response skills for certification completion.
5. Instructor Essentials Course
Training designed for individuals interested in becoming certified instructors. Covers teaching requirements, course preparation, hands-on instruction techniques, and program guidelines needed to teach CPR and first aid classes.
