Helpful Hands Healthcare is a premier healthcare training company that specializes CPR training throughout the Central Virginia area. Certified through the American Heart Association (AHA), our goal is to develop a response-ready culture and community that is properly trained in CPR. Our lead trainer and facilitator, Shanti Pelham has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field and a unique passion for healthcare advancement, education, and proper medical administration.
